Hello fellows,
I don't have a whole lot to say this week. I enjoyed Disneyland, my grandparents came to visit, and I still am totally lost in my research. However, I do have a problem that I might finally be able to work on! That is very exciting news. The hardest part of research is finding a problem that stretches the researcher enough, but isn't so impossible that they cannot make a smidgen of progress. I think we might've found one for me!
Hmm, I also watched some good movies this week and have been working more hours than ever. I watched the Dark Knight, The Godfather, and Good Will Hunting. If you want a small window into what it's like to be me, watch Good Will Hunting. They didn't get everything right, but they got something. It is rare that I see a movie in which I really relate to the characters, but Will Hunting resonated with me. The Dark Knight and The Godfather were both pretty good too.
I also got qualified for jury service, which means I could receive a summons in the next 1-6 months to go judge one of my peers. That'll be wonderful, I'm sure. In the meantime, I have much enjoyed watching the spectacle that has been the fight between the billionaire daddies. I won't comment anymore on that occurrence.
The title is simply an ode to Sabrina, whom I love. No grandmother, that isn't my love interest (although that'd be pretty cool). I'm talking Sabrina Carpenter, baby. She put out a new song this week, which was a 6/10 in my books.
That's about it. If I think of anything I missed, I'll put it in the next email.
bye
willards
