Tokyo Drifting

I went to BYU Racing for the first time today. This means that I walked around for an hour and watched other people do things. Some leader guy told me that most people join way before I did, so I was quite a bit behind and he didn't know how caught up they would get me. I also signed up to tryout for a driving position, because that sounded like fun. Wish me luck. I have to win a qualifying race. Hooray.

Today, some rando guy came up to me and Allie basking in the sunlight and said, "I feel you guys" in a really low monotone voice. He then looked at us and said, "Do you know where I could buy doughnuts around here?" I told him where the small bakery was and he said "Okay, thanks" and walked away. It was one of the strangest encounters of my life.

After this, I went to Paige's mission call opening. She is going to Oaxaca, Mexico speaking Spanish. Crazy. Good old Pedge. She leaves on July 15. Good luck, my friend. I'll have mine before too much longer.

Oh yeah, I forgot something. I have a call now. Ward indexer. What does an indexer do, you ask? I don't know and they even told me about it. It is probably something useless, but that's likely a good fit for me. I don't think I would do well with a lot of responsibilities on top of what I already have to do. Short day today, and it's time for bed. Goodest of nights, lads and lasses.
